Software is great when it is practical, therefore we listen to you the users on what direction we have to go with features and functionality. We are proud to introduce the following new features that we implemented into FaxGwise based on valuable input from our customers:

 

Feature №1: New FaxGwise printer

SKyPRO developed its own printer for processing fax document so there is no need to use any third party software now.

 

Feature №2: Automatic backup system

Managing your FaxGwise database is now so simple! No data overload achieved by minimum efforts - our new backup can automatically remove or copy facsimiles older than the date you assign.

 

Feature №3: "Send report" function

To save your time and make our support service even faster we created a feature in the FaxGwise server which automatically generates reports containing information about customer's system with server logs and sends it to us via e-mail.
